This weekend, I had the pleasure of capturing young love, as I photographed my sister and her fiance for their engagement photos!

Although I am based out of Charlotte, NC, I headed down to my home state of South Carolina, and visited Charleston for this special photo shoot.  We had a blast!

This was my very first engagement photo shoot, and I was completely nervous leading up to the time of the photo session.  But my loving, lovely sister kept insisting the whole time before our session, "Your work is beautiful. I trust you to take our photos. There is no one else I would rather have photograph us in this moment but you..."  Well thanks, sis!

We scheduled our photo session around sunset; however, we ended up having so much fun, that we lost track of time!  The next thing I know, it was getting dark, but that gave us the opportunity to get some very cool and fun twilight shots!
